Cees' Olive Oil - Restaurant Eemlust in Baarn

Our olive oil – CEES.

For our olive oil, we partner with CEES. Genieten voor de Keuken from Baarn. Together, we selected a Portuguese extra virgin olive oil with a mild, fruity flavor and a rich aftertaste.

A product we use every day in our kitchen and at the dinner table. It’s precisely that personal touch, tasting together, and consciously choosing quality that makes CEES a true local hero to us.

Try it for yourself: this olive oil is delicious drizzled over a salad or with a slice of artisanal bread.

Locally sourced. Carefully selected. Served with pride.

A delicious olive oil that we use every day in our kitchen and at the table. Do you like it? For €9.95, you can simply take a bottle home with you. And the best part: when your bottle is empty, you can bring it back to CEES to have it refilled. You’ll get a €2.50 discount on each refill.

That’s how we combine quality with less waste. The personal touch, tasting together, and consciously choosing great products make CEES. a true local hero in our eyes.

Meat from the Vleescentrum - Eemlust Restaurant in Baarn

Our Meat – The Meat Center

For years, our chefs have been working closely with the team at Het Vleescentrum in Soest. It’s a trusted partnership characterized by direct communication, personal contact, and, above all, a shared love for high-quality meat and good food.

Together, we select beef, veal, lamb, and chicken, paying close attention to origin, quality, and flavor. Much of it comes from Dutch farms and is carefully selected in collaboration with local farmers. This way, our chefs not only know what they’re serving, but they also know the story behind the product.

Try it for yourself: on our menu, you’ll find meat from Het Vleescentrum in dishes such as steak tartare, beef carpaccio, Surf & Turf with veal cheek, tournedos, and steak.

Good meat has a story. We'd love for you to taste it.

Dutch Angus Beef, beef raised on Dutch soil
The Dutch Angus cattle from Dutch Angus Beef graze on the Noordenhoek estate. Their origin is known from breeding to plate. This way, we know exactly where the meat comes from, and our focus on quality, flavor, and animal welfare is paramount.

The cattle are carefully selected and, prior to slaughter, are fed a diet rich in grain and corn for approximately 120 days, without hormones. This ensures excellent, consistent quality year-round.
From Dutch soil. Raised with care. Made to be enjoyed.

Ice Cream from Min 7 - Restaurant Eemlust in Baarn

Our Desserts – Min Zeven Ice Cream & Patisserie

For a sweet end to the evening, we're partnering with Min Zeven IJs & Patisserie from Baarn. Here, ice cream and pastries are made using traditional methods, with pure ingredients and, above all, a deep passion for their craft.

Together, we make sure that even the final course remains special. Because at Eemlust, dessert is more than just a finale—it’s a lovely moment to linger a little longer and enjoy each other’s company.

Try it for yourself: our Champagne sabayon with red berries, almonds, and vanilla ice cream.

Locally made. Artfully prepared. To stay one step ahead.

Cheese from the Alexanderhoeve - Eemlust Restaurant in Baarn

Our Cheeses – Alexanderhoeve

For our cheese platter, we partner with Alexanderhoeve, a true Baarn-based cheese specialist. Here, it’s not just about good cheese, but also about knowledge, tasting, and personal contact. They know the origins of their cheeses, understand how they’re made, and advise us based on their passion for the craft.

Together, we select a rotating selection of domestic and imported cheeses—ranging from mild and creamy to bold and distinctive—always tailored to our cuisine and the season. It is precisely this process of tasting, advising, and choosing together that makes this collaboration so valuable to us.

Try it for yourself: our cheese platter—preferably, of course, paired with a nice glass of wine.

Selected with expertise. Tasted together. Served with love.
