Eemlust Restaurant in Baarn
Restaurant Eemlust is located on the banks of the Eem.
For generations, it has been a trusted spot for good food, great conversations, and special moments—from families building traditions here to friends toasting to life and entrepreneurs meeting one another.
Much has changed over the years, but our core values have remained the same: genuine hospitality, personal attention, and enjoying time together. Today, we proudly build on that history and create a contemporary gathering place where quality, atmosphere, and experience come together.
The People Behind Eemlust
Eemlust is brought to life by the people who enjoy working there every day. A team with a passion for hospitality, a commitment to personal attention, and an eye for the little things that make all the difference. From a warm welcome to that little bit of extra attention: we want everyone to feel at home at Eemlust.
Where quality and hospitality come together
We believe that the most wonderful memories are made when everything comes together just right: a table full of delicious dishes, a good glass of wine, genuine attention, and an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home.
That's Restaurant Eemlust.
Ethical cooking starts at the source
At Eemlust, we believe that the finest dishes start with the best ingredients. That’s why we work with fresh, seasonal produce and, whenever possible, with local producers and businesses. This way, we know where our ingredients come from and understand the story behind them: one of craftsmanship, passion, and love for the product. You can taste that in every dish.
More than just a restaurant
Eemlust goes with the flow. A place where coffee turns into lunch, a business meeting turns into a glass of fine wine, and dinner simply turns into a long evening.
From lunch and high tea to dinner, business meetings, private dining, or festive occasions: the warm atmosphere, personalized service, and charming location on the Eem make every visit special.
MPS De Amer - Celebrating & Boating on the Eem
Did you know that Eemlust also has its own salon boat? MPS De Amer has been completely renovated and offers a unique setting for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties, and gatherings. Various corporate outings are also available.
Building the Future on a Rich History
Although Eemlust is deeply rooted in its history, we look primarily to the future. We continue to innovate without losing our identity. We invest in quality, collaborate with local businesses, delight our guests with seasonal offerings, and create a place where everyone feels welcome.
Because, in the end, it's not just about what's on the table, but especially about what happens around the table.
